How do I choose the right size cricket bat?

Selecting the right bat depends on the player's height. We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page, ranging from Size 0 for juniors to Short Handle (SH) and Long Handle (LH) for adults.

Do you offer bat knocking-in services?

Yes, we offer professional hand-knocking and oiling services. Most English Willow bats require at least 4-6 hours of knocking-in before they are ready for match use.

What is your shipping policy for heavy equipment?

We ship worldwide. Heavy items like wheelie bags and bowling machines are calculated at checkout based on weight. Domestic orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.

Can I return a bat if I have already used it in a net session?

We only accept returns on bats in brand-new condition with the original packaging. Once a bat has been used against a cricket ball or shows signs of face marks, it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Are the products on your site genuine?
